These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Quench.AI Limited ("Quench.AI"), its affiliates, and any related domains, including but not limited to askollo.com and its affiliates (collectively referred to as "the Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, including any applicable Usage Policies, documentation, guidelines, or additional policies that Quench.AI may provide in writing from time to time.
The Services provide an AI-powered platform that enables users and organizations to connect, search, and interact with their data sources using artificial intelligence capabilities, including AI agents and agentic workflows. Individual users may sign up and use the Services for their personal use or on behalf of their organization.
These Terms include our Usage Policies and other documentation, guidelines or policies that may be provided to users directly or indirectly by Quench.ai Ltd and apply when you use the Services under any commercial or public license offered by Quench.AI, and extend to all affiliates of Quench.AI, including those operating under the askollo.com domain or any other affiliated platforms, products, or services.
For purposes of these Terms:
"Connected Data Source" means a third-party system (e.g., Google, Trello, Notion) you connect via OAuth, service account, or API key.
"Federated Search" means real-time querying of Connected Data Sources where source content is not persistently copied or indexed by Quench.ai, except as expressly permitted in Sections 5.3 and 6.5.
"Created Data" means content created or stored by the Service at your direction (e.g., uploads, synced copies, saved prompts, AI-generated outputs, agent artifacts).
"Third-Party Services" means products/APIs not controlled by Quench.ai (including connectors).
"Agent" means a feature that, when enabled, may generate content and/or send instructions to Third-Party Services within configured scopes.
"Agent Developer Features" means tools, SDKs, and interfaces to build, configure, test, and deploy custom Agents.
"Beta Features" means pre-release features flagged in the UI.
"Personal Data" has the meaning under applicable data protection law.
"Security Incident" means a confirmed breach of security leading to accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, Personal Data.
This section governs your use of services or features that Quench.ai offers on an alpha, preview, early access, or beta basis ("Beta Services"). Beta Services are offered "as-is" to allow testing and evaluation.
Quench.ai makes no representations or warranties for Beta Services, including any warranty that Beta Services will be generally available, uninterrupted or error-free, or that Content will be secure or not lost or damaged. Except to the extent prohibited by law, Quench.ai expressly disclaims all warranties for Beta Services, including any implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or quiet enjoyment, and any warranties arising out of any course of dealing or usage of trade.
To utilize the Services, you must be at least 18 years of age.
Individual users may create accounts and use the Services for personal or organizational purposes. If using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
During the registration process, it is essential to furnish precise and comprehensive information for your account. Sharing your access credentials or account with individuals outside your organization is prohibited, and you bear responsibility for all activities conducted using your credentials.
You may use the Services to query public and private information for purposes of professional development and learning, subject to these Terms.
You cannot use the Services in a way that:
(i) infringes, misappropriates or violates any person's rights;
(ii) reverse assembles, reverse compiles, decompiles, translates or otherwise attempts to discover the source code or underlying components of content, models and systems of the Services;
(iii) uses any automated or programmatic method to extract data or output from the Services, including scraping, web harvesting, or web data extraction;
(iv) makes the service accessible to children under 18 or uses the personal information of children under 18 or the applicable age of digital consent at any time while using the service.
You undertake to comply with any limits and other requirements in our documentation.
Quench.ai prohibits the use of our Services for:
Third-Party Services you connect are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for compliance with those terms. Quench.ai does not control and is not responsible for Third-Party Service availability, changes, data handling, or acts/omissions.
The Site may contain links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites") as well as content belonging to or originating from third parties ("Third-Party Content"). Such Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any Third Party Websites or Third-Party Content, including their content, accuracy, offensiveness, opinions, reliability, privacy practices, or other policies. If you decide to access Third-Party Websites or use Third-Party Content, you do so at your own risk, and you should be aware these Terms of Use no longer govern. You should review the applicable terms and policies of any third-party website or service you access.
The Services allow you to connect third-party data sources (such as cloud storage, communication platforms, and other business applications) to enable search and AI agent functionality. By connecting a third-party data source:
(i) You authorize Quench.ai to access and interact with the connected data source on your behalf according to the permissions you grant through OAuth or similar authentication mechanisms.
(ii) Quench.ai is responsible for maintaining OAuth connections and authentication tokens for connected data sources.
(iii) You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect such data sources and grant Quench.ai access to them.
(iv) You acknowledge that connected data sources remain under the control and terms of service of the respective third-party providers.
Quench.ai employs agentic federated search technology. Unless you expressly choose to sync data from a connected source:
(i) Data from your connected third-party sources does not leave the original data source and is not stored by Quench.ai.
(ii) Search queries are executed against connected data sources in real-time, and only search results and metadata are returned to you through the Services.
(iii) "Created Data" refers to data you create through use of the Services, including search results, AI-generated outputs, and any content you explicitly sync or upload to the Services. This Created Data is subject to the data retention policies outlined in these Terms.
(iv) If you choose to sync data from a connected source, that synced data becomes Created Data stored by Quench.ai and subject to these Terms.
If you revoke Quench.ai's access to a connected third-party data source:
(i) Quench.ai will no longer be able to search or access that data source.
(ii) Any Created Data (search results, outputs, synced content) derived from that source prior to revocation will be retained according to the 90-day data retention policy described in these Terms.
(iii) No new data will be retrieved from the revoked source after revocation.
Quench.ai strives to maintain service availability with a target uptime of 99%. However, our ability to provide the Services depends in part on third-party data sources and integrations. Quench.ai is not responsible for:
(i) Outages, downtime, or service interruptions caused by third-party service providers.
(ii) Changes to third-party APIs, terms of service, or functionality that affect the Services.
(iii) Data loss or corruption occurring within third-party services.
(iv) Performance degradation caused by third-party service limitations.
While we will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity and provide timely support responses and updates, third-party service outages are excluded from our uptime guarantees and service level commitments. Where the primary root cause of unavailability is a Third-Party Service, service credits do not apply, except pass-through credits Quench.ai actually receives.
Quench.ai may suspend, modify, or deprecate a connector to address security, vendor changes, abuse, or legal risk; where practicable, Quench.ai will give 30 days' notice before deprecating a material connector.
You may provide input to the Services ("Input"), and receive output generated and returned by the Services based on the Input ("Output"). Input and Output are collectively "Data."
You retain all ownership rights to your Data. As between the parties, you own Outputs generated for you. Quench.ai assigns to you any intellectual property it owns in Outputs, subject to third-party rights and applicable law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of your Data to Quench.ai.
Quench.ai may use technological services to maintain, provide access to, manipulate or otherwise reorder the Data to provide and maintain the Services, comply with applicable law, and enforce our policies.
Your Data that is stored by Quench.ai (Created Data, synced content, and uploaded content) is hosted in the United States. Data from connected third-party sources that is not explicitly synced remains in its original location under the control of the respective third-party service provider. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your Created Data in the United States.
Due to the nature of artificial intelligence technologies, output may not be unique across users and the Services may generate the same or similar results for different users. For example, you may provide input to the model such as "What is a product roadmap?" and receive output comprising of several recommended content. Another user may provide the same input to the model, and receive a different set of recommendations based on the algorithm's functionality at that point in time.
Quench.ai does not use your Input, Output, Created Data, or content accessed through connected third-party sources to train, improve, or develop its artificial intelligence models. Your Data is used solely to provide the Services to you and is not incorporated into our AI training datasets or used to improve our models for other users. We do not use your Data for any machine learning model development, fine-tuning, or algorithmic improvement purposes.
Quench.ai may use de-identified operational telemetry to maintain the quality, safety, and reliability of the Service; such telemetry does not include source content bodies from Federated Search.
We retain your Created Data (data you create, sync, or upload through the Services) for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Services. By default, Created Data that has not been accessed or modified will be automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity.
Connected data sources that use federated search (where data is not synced) do not have data stored by Quench.ai, and therefore no retention period applies to data that remains in third-party sources.
You may request deletion of your Created Data at any time by contacting us at legal@quench.ai. Upon termination of your account, your Created Data will be deleted within 90 days unless we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
(a) If you choose to sync content from a Connected Data Source, the synced copy becomes Created Data and may be processed to build a search index to provide retrieval functionality you request. Quench.ai does not change permissions originating from the source system.
(b) Region & Security. Synced copies and their indexes are encrypted at rest and hosted in the region you select at onboarding (EU, UK, or US). Quench.ai will not move such data out of that region without notice, except for emergency continuity with equivalent protections.
(c) Controls. You may set inclusion/exclusion rules, retention, and re-index frequency. Deleting synced data triggers removal from the index within a commercially reasonable period.
(d) Deletion. Upon your deletion instruction or account termination, Quench.ai deletes synced copies and indexes within 90 days unless retention is required for legal or regulatory purposes.
The Service may route prompts/requests to model providers or infrastructure subprocessors. A current list of subprocessors is available from Quench.ai upon request. Use of model providers and subprocessors is governed by the Data Processing Addendum in Section 13.6.
The Services include AI agent functionality that can perform actions on your behalf, including searching connected data sources, retrieving information, and executing workflows. AI agents operate based on your instructions and within the scope of permissions you have granted.
Agents are off by default and must be enabled by you or your admin. Agents operate only within configured scopes (OAuth permissions, allow/deny lists, rate/spend limits).
By enabling AI agents within the Services, you:
(i) Authorize AI agents to access data sources and perform actions according to the permissions and configurations you establish.
(ii) Explicitly consent to AI agents connecting to and interacting with third-party services you have authorized through OAuth or other authentication mechanisms.
(iii) Acknowledge that AI agents will only perform actions within the scope of connectors and permissions you have explicitly enabled.
(iv) Retain the ability to configure, limit, and revoke AI agent access to specific data sources or actions at any time through your account settings.
You may require human approval for specified actions (e.g., external sends, file writes) and set execution windows and maximum durations. Agents do not continue running after session end unless you schedule a task or workflow. Background tasks are best-effort and not subject to uptime commitments.
Quench.ai records Agent Action Logs (actor, prompt summary/hash, target service, action type, parameters redacted where sensitive, timestamps, status, error codes) retained for 90 days and exportable by admins.
Agent Developer Features allow you to build, configure, test, and deploy custom Agents using our tools, SDKs, and interfaces. Use of Agent Developer Features is subject to additional documentation and guidelines provided by Quench.ai. You are responsible for ensuring custom Agents comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
For organizational and enterprise users, you may configure data scope limitations that restrict which data sources and data sets AI agents can access. These controls allow you to:
(i) Limit AI agent access to specific data sources, folders, or content categories.
(ii) Establish role-based permissions that determine which users can enable or configure AI agents.
(iii) Audit AI agent activity through logs and activity reports (where available).
(iv) Set organizational policies governing AI agent behavior and data access.
When AI agents interact with third-party services:
(i) AI agents operate according to the terms of service, usage limits, and policies of those third-party services.
(ii) Quench.ai is not responsible for actions taken by third-party services in response to AI agent requests, including rate limiting, access denial, content filtering, or service modifications.
(iii) AI agents are subject to the availability, performance, and reliability of third-party services.
(iv) You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI agents complies with the terms of service of connected third-party platforms.
(v) Quench.ai disclaims any liability for interruptions, errors, or consequences arising from third-party service responses to AI agent interactions.
You may not use AI agents to:
(i) Engage in any activities prohibited under the "Permitted and Prohibited Uses" section of these Terms.
(ii) Perform high-risk activities including but not limited to: • Making automated decisions regarding credit, employment, healthcare, or legal matters without human review • Operating critical infrastructure or safety systems without appropriate safeguards • Conducting surveillance or monitoring activities that violate privacy rights or applicable laws • Executing financial transactions without explicit per-transaction authorization • Accessing or manipulating systems or data you do not have authorization to access
(iii) Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures of the Services or connected third-party services.
(iv) Use AI agents in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of third parties.
(v) Deploy AI agents in ways that could reasonably cause harm to individuals, organizations, or systems.
You acknowledge and agree that:
(i) AI agents operate based on probabilistic machine learning models and may produce incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected results.
(ii) AI agents may misinterpret instructions, context, or data, leading to unintended actions or outcomes.
(iii) You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI agent outputs and actions before relying on them for important decisions or actions.
(iv) Human oversight and review is required for any high-stakes or consequential uses of AI agent functionality.
(v) Quench.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI agent actions or outputs.
In addition to the general limitations on liability in these Terms:
(i) Quench.ai is not liable for any damages arising from AI agent actions, errors, or omissions, including but not limited to data loss, service disruptions, unauthorized access, financial losses, or reputational harm.
(ii) Quench.ai is not responsible for consequences arising from your configuration, deployment, or use of AI agents, including misconfiguration or inadequate oversight.
(iii) You assume all risk associated with deploying AI agents and granting them access to your data sources and systems.
(iv) Quench.ai's total liability for any claims related to AI agent functionality shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim, and in no event shall Quench.ai be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
(v) You agree to indemnify Quench.ai against any claims arising from your use of AI agents, including claims by third parties affected by AI agent actions taken on your behalf.
Quench.ai reserves the right to:
(i) Monitor AI agent usage for compliance with these Terms and applicable policies.
(ii) Suspend or terminate AI agent functionality if we detect violations, misuse, or activity that poses risks to the Services, other users, or third parties.
(iii) Implement additional restrictions or safeguards on AI agent functionality at our discretion.
Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields. We are continually striving to enhance the accuracy, reliability, safety, and benefits of our Services. Due to the probabilistic nature of machine learning, utilization of our Services may result in Output that is incorrect and does not accurately reflect the input or query. Users should evaluate the relevance of the Output for their specific use case, including through human review.

In the course of using the Services, you might gain access to Confidential Information belonging to Quench.ai, its affiliates, or other third parties. This Confidential Information should only be used as required for the permissible use of the Services under these Terms. You are strictly prohibited from disclosing Confidential Information to any third party, and it is your responsibility to safeguard this information using a level of care comparable to how you protect your own confidential data.

Neither we nor any of our affiliates or licensors will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data or other losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability under these terms shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the service that gave rise to the claim during the 12 months before the liability. The limitations in this section apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Prior to initiating any formal legal action against Quench.ai, we aim to understand and address your concerns.
