Position overview

We’re looking for a sales powerhouse. A superstar who knows how to approach a customer and win their trust. Someone who has crushed their quota many times and who can bring their experience and enthusiasm to Quench.ai.

If you care about having a lot of impact, this role is for you. You are excited about introducing customers to a totally new technology and to help the product team develop the right features for your customers.

You also enjoy leading others. In this position you’ll be a role model for the sales team. As the most experienced person on the team you love to help your teammates crush their goals. You care about your own targets but see the whole company goals as something you can impact by empowering and leading your teammates.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Outbound Strategy: Design and implement a successful outbound sales strategy to generate a robust pipeline of new deals weekly, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Share your approach with your team.
  • Revenue Growth: manage a rich pipeline of deals, understanding customer needs and crushing your targets.
  • Be the role model: Actively manage your own sales pipeline and quota while providing guidance and support to your sales team, ensuring they meet their individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing lead to define target customer profiles and develop targeted initiatives that generate new leads and revenue opportunities.
  • Feedback Loop for Product Development: Provide regular feedback from prospective and existing clients to the product development team to inform product enhancements and innovations.
  • Personal Development: Stay informed of the latest sales techniques, best practices, and technologies to lead the team effectively. Encourage and lead by example in professional development within the team.

Requirements

Quench is looking for enthusiastic individuals that can adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment. We like to work with professionals who are passionate about their work and are able to communicate well. We would expect you to work independently and have very strong influencing and interpersonal skills as well as hold the ability to bring imagination to sales at Quench.ai.

  • You have 3+ years of experience as a primarily B2B sales lead with a track record of hitting and exceeding quota.
  • You have a proven and consistent track record of increasing organisational revenue and customer base.
  • You’re an excellent communicator – clear, intuitive, and an expert storyteller
  • You have a conversational understanding and interest in technology and specifically AI
  • You have strong beliefs, loosely held. You’re a good listener who collaborates well with different stakeholders. You observe and internalise all inputs and feedback to help you reach an optimal decision.
  • You thrive in an environment of cross-functional collaboration and shared successes.
  • You have a commitment to personal development and a learning mindset.
  • You are high in EQ and have built long term, valuable and trust led relationships with customers – managing a high volume of accounts.
  • You have successfully supported a company through its early stage sales cycles and scaling.
  • Bonus points if you have experience selling in the EdTech/learning space or managing/coaching others.

Time and place commitment

Quench.ai is based in the UK with our HQ office in London. We are a remote-friendly organisation with team members across 3 continents (half of whom are fully remote), you would be expected to be based out of our London office.

Mid-Level Ai Engineer

Are you an experienced developer with a knack for Generative AI solutions? We are looking for someone with a keen interest in new AI solutions while being a solid engineer. Specifically, we are building solutions within the Learning and Developing space. On the one hand, we need you to be at home with Prompt Engineering and Retrieval Augmented Generation, while having solid Python development expertise with a dash of React experience for front-end work. More in-depth AI expertise is also highly desirable but not essential.

Position Overview

As a Mid-level AI Engineer at Quench AI, you will be instrumental in helping flesh-out AI-based solutions using Prompt Engineering and Retrieval Augmented Generation using a range of AI tools and libraries.

A good theoretical understanding is highly desirable and deep expertise is particularly welcome.

Your skills as a solid Engineer are equally as important as your aptitude for Gen-AI. We expect an analytical mind-set while being also practically-minded – we expect high-quality code while not building in technical debt.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Initiative: Feel comfortable in exploring paths that haven’t yet been carved, by exploring, experimenting, presenting and leading with new techniques.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements across the full stack.
  • Code Quality: Champion best engineering practices, ensuring code quality, testability, and maintainability.
  • Technology Stack: Work with Python and Gen-AI tools and libraries. A willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
  • Communication: Liaise with non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve technical challenges, ensuring that our products deliver an exceptional user experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a software developer, particularly with expertise in Python and AI/ML related tools and libraries
  • Experience of a range of Gen-AI technologies and tools
  • Experience of Prompt Engineering and Retrieval Augmented Generation
  • A good theoretical understanding of AI – the deeper the better.
  • Experience in a startup environment, navigating its unique challenges and pace.
  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.

  • Proactive attitude, taking ownership of tasks and projects.
