Quench.ai is working to shape the future of work, with an AI partner or coach in every knowledge worker’s pocket. Our current focus is on helping knowledge seekers access information more effectively. We’re selling to B2B training organizations that are content-rich, struggle with managing customer queries, and are looking to scale operations.
As our product evolves, our ultimate goal is to help knowledge workers enhance their skills. Over the next few years, we believe that everyone will be assisted by AI agents for tasks like travel, shopping, and health. We aim to become the AI agent of choice for working smarter and shaping the future of work.
This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative.
We’re looking for an exceptional SDR who can hit the ground running, and is ready for a challenge within a high paced Startup. You’ll be empowered to grow rapidly, and develop your sales experience and impact, as part of our team.
You’ll play a key role in our growth by prospecting for new leads and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing a strategy to identify and generate qualified leads through a multi-channel approach
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Demonstrating a good grasp of knowledge around the benefits of AI and why Quench is the solution
- Collaborating with the sales team and management to develop and implement winning sales strategies
- Collaborating with the tech team to ensure a good feedback loop is in place from prospects and customers.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven SDR/ sales experience in the AI industry (a plus)
- A talent for building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships
- The ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments (3 days in the office, 2 days at home)
- A goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
- Commitment to professional development and growth in Sales
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
- Previous exposure to SPICED and MEDDPICC is a plus
