6 in 10 workers will require training before 2027 (World Economic Forum)

The workplace is undergoing seismic shifts, and to build the future workforce, we must start putting plans into place today. To ignite action, we are thrilled to be hosting our inaugural AI & The Future of Work Summit, taking place on the 10th of October at The Conduit Club in London.

This event charts the path for innovative and visionary leaders to thrive in a rapidly changing landscape.

“62% of organisations are currently facing skills shortages”

Technological change is radically transforming the labour market and creating a pressing need for workforce adaptation.

In a UK-wide employer survey of more than 1,300 employers, The Open University found that:

62% of organisations are currently facing skills shortages
64% say they are not confident about applying new AI and green technologies
Only 19% say they have implemented a written skills plan for 2024
We have been slow to act on previous technological evolutions, and the consequences are concerning if we repeat the same mistakes – low productivity, talent shortages, and economic stagnation.

“The future is yet to be written, but plans must start today”

Fortunately, we are in a time where AI, specifically generative AI, has the potential to optimize human learning and development substantially.

Our purpose is to empower leaders with the knowledge to confidently leverage AI to supercharge their organisations. Attendees at the summit will gain tangible takeaways from industry titans and thought leaders shaping the future of work.

Our speakers include:

Baroness Martha Lane-Fox | President of British Chambers of Commerce, Chair at WeTransfer
H. James Wilson | Global Managing Director of Technology Research and Thought Leadership at Accenture
Marcus East | ex-Chief Digital Officer at T-Mobile, ex-Technical Director at Google
Claire Davenport | Interim COO at Multiverse, Non-Exec Director at Trustpilot

Husayn Kassai, CEO and Founder of Quench.ai, shared his thoughts on the critical timing of this discussion:
“2023 was a point of inflection for AI. In 2024, organisations are seeking concrete plans to facilitate AI adoption. The future is yet to be written, but plans must start today to ensure organisations aren’t left behind – that is why I’m excited to announce our world-class lineup of speakers who are leading the conversations around the future of work to ensure opportunity and prosperity for all.”

Who should attend?

This event is meticulously curated for leaders who aim to drive transformation with AI. Spaces are limited to foster high-calibre connections and a dynamic exchange of perspectives. Our audience will include corporate executives, CEOs of high-growth companies, influential policymakers in government, and frontier-pushing academics.
